The Plan
NeuTalk began by analyzing anonymized documents across two distinct classes, leveraging a combination of custom programming and Vision Language Models (VLMs) to structure them accurately.
- Class 1: NeuTalk achieved 100% accuracy without AI assistance by strategically segmenting and reorganizing the documents.
- Class 2: This required a deeper understanding of document semantics, applying the correct labels to varying text. By separating deterministic (rule-based) and non-deterministic (context-dependent) elements, NeuTalk designed a flagging system to introduce HITL review—ensuring human oversight for ambiguous areas.

After training, the system processed documents with 100% and 99% accuracy, respectively. Compared to the leading competitor, NeuTalk’s solution delivered:
